Favorite Books

Everyone should be reading for at least 20 minutes every night.

Some of you have asked what books I thought you might like to read. So, maybe we can all help each other out.
 
Comment and tell everyone what your favorite book is, and why. Then each of us will have many new ideas on what we may like to read!

Welcome to our classroom blog! This blog will have a little something extra to add on to the teachings in the classroom. I will ask questions related to topics we have talked about in class, so we can dig into them in further detail.

 

Be prepared to discuss topics in further detail, share ideas, and give and receive constructive criticism. J

 

Rules for posting comments:

· Stay on topic! No personal discussions.

· Be positive! No negative posts of any kind allowed. This includes "bashing" any person, for any reason.

· This is not the place to lodge complaints or to "vent". Please be polite & tactful, and considerate of others’ feelings.

· Be respectful and tolerant of others' ideas and opinions.

· Feel free to disagree, but do so respectfully. You can disagree with another’s ideas without making personal attacks.

· Be pleasant and polite -- and avoid sarcasm as much as possible (to avoid being misunderstood).

· If it isn't nice, don't say it!

· Use emoticons as desired. :)

· Don't post your messages in ALL CAPS. Capitalization is used for emphasis, and all caps is the equivalent to shouting.

· No cursing!

· Avoid slang ("Yo!","Wassup?")

· Use proper spelling:

- you ≠ u

- are ≠ r

- to or too ≠ 2

- you're ≠ ur

- right ≠ rite

- I ≠ i
